Your business improved. Your website didn't.
A redesign keeps everything that already works about your business and rebuilds the parts of the website that get in the way — usually structure, phone usability and how quickly someone can contact you.
Website redesign
Who this is for
- Owners whose site was built years ago and hasn't been touched since.
- Businesses whose site is technically fine on a laptop but painful on a phone.
- Anyone embarrassed to send a customer to their own website.
- Businesses whose services, prices or team have changed but the site hasn't.
Problems it solves
- The design looks older than the business actually is.
- Pinching and zooming is required to read anything on a phone.
- Hours, service area and pricing are buried several clicks deep.
- Calling or booking takes effort instead of one tap.
- Pages have piled up over the years with no clear order.
What LaunchPixel actually builds
- 01
Structure rebuild
Pages reorganized around what customers actually look for instead of how the site grew over time.
- 02
Modern visual design
A cleaner look that matches the quality of your work, using your existing brand where it still holds up.
- 03
Phone-first fixes
Readable text, thumb-sized buttons, no horizontal scrolling and tap-to-call in reach.
- 04
Content carried over
Existing text, photos and pages worth keeping get migrated and tidied rather than thrown away.
- 05
Speed and image cleanup
Oversized images resized and modern formats used, so pages stop crawling on mobile data.
- 06
Technical foundations
Titles, descriptions, headings, redirects for changed URLs, sitemap and analytics-ready markup.
Redesign or rebuild?
Sometimes only the presentation needs work. Other times the underlying platform is the problem and a rebuild is faster and cheaper than fighting it. We'll tell you honestly which one your site needs, even if it's the smaller job.
Keeping what you've earned
If pages are already getting found in search, they don't get deleted casually. Existing content and URLs are carried across, with redirects when an address has to change, so you don't lose ground during the switch.
A redesign can make a site clearer, faster and easier to act on. It can't guarantee more calls or higher rankings — that depends on your market, competition, reviews and how people find you.
How it works
- 01
Review
We look at the current site and note what's working, what's confusing and what's missing.
- 02
Plan
You get a clear list of what would change and why, before design starts.
- 03
Rebuild
The new site gets built on a clean structure with your real content in place.
- 04
Switch over
Old URLs redirected where needed, forms tested, then the new site goes live.
Pricing
Redesigns typically start at $500 for a multi-page business site. Smaller single-purpose sites can start at $300. Final pricing depends on how many pages and how much content needs to move.
Common questions
Can you keep my current logo and colors?
Yes. If your brand still works, we build around it. If it's holding the site back, we'll say so and suggest small adjustments rather than a full rebrand.
Will my site go down during the switch?
No. The new site is built and reviewed on a preview link, then pointed at your domain when you approve it.
What if I don't have the login to my old site?
That happens often. Tell us what you know and we'll work out what can be recovered and what needs to be rebuilt.
Will a redesign improve my Google results?
It can help the fundamentals — structure, speed, mobile experience and clear page titles. Rankings also depend on competition, content and time, so nothing is guaranteed.
The kind of change a redesign makes
A demonstration built by LaunchPixel using a fictional business, showing the difference between a dated layout and a modern, mobile-first one.
Plumbing · Heating · Local
Plumbing and heating
you can rely on.
Same-week appointments, upfront pricing, and clear answers before any work begins.
Emergency Repairs
Water Heaters
Drain Service
Both versions are LaunchPixel demonstration designs for a fictional business — a concept, not client work. The comparison is about layout, clarity and mobile behavior, not measured performance.
