Stop guessing which part of your website actually works.
Traffic numbers alone don't tell you much. LaunchPixel sets up tracking around the actions that matter — calls, forms, bookings and purchases — so decisions are based on what happened rather than what felt true.
Analytics & tracking
Who this is for
- Businesses with a website but no idea where inquiries come from.
- Anyone spending on advertising without conversion tracking in place.
- Growing companies that need to know which pages and services pull weight.
- Owners who've been handed a dashboard and never got an explanation.
Problems it solves
- No analytics installed at all, or installed and never configured.
- Form submissions and phone taps aren't recorded as conversions.
- Ad spend can't be connected to any actual inquiry.
- Nobody knows which pages people leave from.
- Reports show sessions and bounce rate but nothing about the business.
What LaunchPixel actually builds
- 01
Analytics setup
Google Analytics installed cleanly where appropriate, configured for your site rather than left on defaults.
- 02
Search Console
Google Search Console connected and the sitemap submitted, so you can see real search queries and indexing issues.
- 03
Conversion events
The actions that matter defined as events: review requests, quote forms, bookings, purchases.
- 04
Form tracking
Every contact form submission recorded, including which page it came from.
- 05
Call and click tracking
Tap-to-call, email and booking-link clicks tracked where technically possible.
- 06
Campaign tracking
UTM structure for ads, email and social so each source is attributed correctly.
- 07
Performance reporting
A short, readable summary of what's happening and what we suggest changing next.
- 08
Conversion review
Using the data to identify where visitors hesitate, and improving those pages.
Measure outcomes, not vanity numbers
A traffic spike that produces no calls isn't progress. The point of tracking is to see which pages, sources and campaigns produce inquiries, so budget and effort go where they already work.
Privacy stays reasonable
Tracking is limited to what's needed to understand website performance. LaunchPixel doesn't sell visitor data, doesn't add invasive third-party scripts by default, and will tell you what each tool actually collects.
Never fabricated
You'll only ever see numbers your own tools produced. LaunchPixel does not create sample dashboards, projected results or made-up performance figures.
Some things can't be tracked
Walk-ins, word of mouth and calls people make later from memory won't appear in analytics. We'll be clear about the gaps rather than pretending the dashboard is the whole business.
Google Search Console ownership verification may require a step only you can complete. We'll prepare everything and tell you precisely what to approve.
How it works
- 01
Define
Decide which actions count as a real result for your business.
- 02
Instrument
Install analytics and wire each action up as a tracked event.
- 03
Verify
Test on desktop and a real phone to confirm events fire correctly.
- 04
Improve
Read the results, adjust the pages and repeat.
What we'll need from you
- Access to any existing analytics or Search Console property
- Which actions you consider a genuine lead
- Access to ad accounts if campaigns need attribution
- The forms, phone numbers and booking links you use
Pricing
Tracking setup is quoted per project and is often included as part of a website build, redesign or advertising engagement. Ongoing reporting can be added to a support plan.
Common questions
Do I need analytics if I'm not advertising?
It still helps. Knowing which pages get read and where people leave tells you what to improve next, without paying for traffic.
Will tracking slow my website down?
Properly installed analytics has minimal impact. Page speed is checked before and after, and we won't stack tools you don't need.
Can you track phone calls?
Taps on a phone number link can be tracked. Tracking the call itself requires a separate call-tracking service, which we can discuss if it's worth it for you.
Who owns the data?
You do. Properties are set up under your business so the history stays yours.
